Mentoring

Our mentoring program ensures that we promote your strengths. We do this by assigning an experienced colleague to act as your personal mentor from day one – no matter whether you are a junior or a director. The mentor supports you with your personal career development within the agency, acts as a sparring partner and is a source of inspiration. Mentors and mentees meet at regular intervals to discuss goals and progress.
