Either you have values, or you fade away
Our efforts are based on the principles of sustainable partnership and the right pursuit of one’s self-interest. We all share the conviction that these principles are expressed by acting according to the following basic values:

Creativity. We promote different ways of thinking about and doing things, and search for new ways and means. Because we know that the creative, emotional element is the centerpiece of effective communication.

Ability to accept and deliver criticism. We want to learn. Therefore we foster openness. Praise, rebuke, and critical suggestions advance us personally and professionally. Whenever possible, we ask for criticism directly. Whenever possible, we ask for criticism directly or voice it directly. Promptly and personally.

Being organized. We want to find something, not be looking for something. We want to be able to devote ourselves to something special and not have to focus on what is routine and matter-of-course. Therefore being organized is not a state to us but a principle. We don’t believe in “creative chaos” but in systematic creativity.

Ambition. We have lofty goals. We believe that the “soliciting for votes” (and this is the root of “ambition”), the desire to win approval for what one is and has accomplished, is a very important and good motivation. We are ambitious and gladly give others our approval.

Simplicity. We are open, uncomplicated, and straightforward. No politics, no working behind people’s back, no hidden agendas. We say what we think, and do what we say.

Modesty. As consultants, we are not the center of attention. That’s what the client and his or her task are. We are content in this role. Only if we make our client strong are we strong as well. This does not mean that we are dull yes-men and –women without any rough edges. On the contrary. But we only force our way to the first row if that is our job.

Diligence. We enjoy working, and we work hard. We love great ideas. But we also know that they are the result of work and that they are turned into reality by work. We don’t watch others toiling away but roll up our sleeves as well.

Fun. We want to enjoy coming to the office. And we want to get old in our profession. Both belong together, and both require having fun – fun with our work, our colleagues and clients, with our environment, and fun dealing with one another. As strict as we are with the values and rules of our internal constitution, we still avoid doggedness, and foster fun as an element that really establishes culture. Here too we aim for the right mix of head, heart and hand.

Quality. We give the best. We very rarely answer our constant question of “Are we good enough?” with yes, but always find new and better opportunities. The standards we set for ourselves and others must be – and remain – the highest possible.

Efficiency. We hate wastefulness. Therefore we use time, money, our passion, and other resources in such a way that we achieve a goal with the least possible means but without compromising our high quality standard.

Precision. We are precise. Always. With respect to punctuality, budgets, promises, design, and language. With virtually everything, actually.

Diversity. We want to be able to do everything very well. But we can’t. Therefore we look for people who can do certain things better than we can. For this reason we openly and constantly compare strengths and weaknesses on the market and in the team so we can find partners with whom we can grow and do even more things even better.
